Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At JioAgriHub, we are committed to the satisfaction of our farming community. Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days for machinery and tools, and 7 days for seeds and perishables. If the specified time has passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

Opened Seed Packets: Once the seal is broken, seeds cannot be returned due to quality control and storage requirements.
Used Machinery: Any power tools or equipment (like sprayers or brush cutters) that show signs of field use, fuel stains, or mechanical wear.
Customized Tools: Any equipment modified specifically at the customer’s request.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns must be processed through JioAgriHub.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our Chhindwara facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are found to have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during transit. If you need to exchange a tool for the same item, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should deliver or mail your product to: JioAgriHub, Kusmeli Mandi, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For expensive machinery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
